Wonderful Guide, 25/10/2010, USA
Dear Pascal,
I just want to tell you how much my wife and I enjoyed our two days with our guide, Julie David. She was always cheerful, and had wonderful stories to share about the châteaux we visited and the people who created and inhabited them. Whenever anyone had a question, she was ready with an informed answer. All this made an already very interesting, well planned experience even more fun and informative. In fact, when we tell our American friends about the trip, we also say how much we enjoyed having Julie as our guide.
When departing, I mentioned to the other seven passengers in our van that I wanted to send you an email about Julie, and they all said to let you know that I was speaking for them as well.
We also enjoyed Martina, our guide for the first day, but did not get to know her as well as Julie.
All this reflects favorably on your company, and we wanted you to know it.
