I have recently returned from our holiday in France and Spain and wanted to advise the staff of Tempo on just how wonderful the "Loire Valley Highlights"was.

TOUR OPERATOR - VAL DE LOIRE PRESTIGE, LOIRE VALLEY TOURS
• Travelled in a small group via air conditioned mini van
• Pickup from Amboise on time and next day arrangements confirmed before dropoff
• Warm and friendly tour directors who had a passion for the Loire valley and its history
• Tour Directors had an extensive knowledge of the Loire Valley and its surrounds and were passionate about telling us all the history etc.
• My only negative comment was that it was time consuming for the passengers who were like ourselves collected in Amboise at 0900 and then forced to drive all the way to Tours to pickup further passengers only to have to travelled back via Amboise to our first point of interest. This occur on the dropoff too. This occurred twice in three days and due to traffic place another 1-2 hours to a journey. During this drive to Tours the Tour director gave no commentary of the area and its history to make the journey worthwhiled for the Amboise passengers.

• Excellent! Excellent!....what more can I say
• The wine tasting and lunch was OH such a wonderful surprise. Well presented, educational, wonderful wines and no pressure to buy.
• Quality of lunch including all the local delicacies was fabulous.

My husband and I both agree that our Loire Valley Highlights experience was the highlight of our holiday, not just because the area is wonderful and full of places to see but because of the excellent organization and content of the tour package.

I understand that the Operator is going to commence a similar operation in Reims and the Champagne Valley next year. Would love to see this in your 2012 brochure!
