Day 1 : Cassis & Marseille (everyday).
Pick up is at 11:30 AM at the Aix en Provence Tourist Office
Discover Cassis and the Calanques, a UNESCO World Heritage area.
We'll start by casually walking the streets and squares of this charming harbor village dubbed “the Little Saint Tropez of Provence”. Choose between some relaxing moments on the beach of Cassis or board a boat for an amazing short cruise (optional) of the Calanques, listed by UNESCO as the highest limestone cliffs in Europe and named Cap Canaille. Take in impressive views and the contrast between the white cliffs and the calanques (creeks’) turquoise water.
Lunch at your leisure in Cassis.
Discover of the huge southern city of Marseille.
In the comfort of our air-conditioned, eight-passenger minivan your Guide will take you on a brief ride to enjoy the local landscape with a nice stop at the classic Old Port of Marseille.
Then stroll up a nice path to visit the Basilica of Notre Dame-de-la-Garde and enjoy an incredible panoramic views on the Phocaean city. There you will see the massive 5th-century Saint-Victor abbey and the ancient marble sarcophagi - sculpted 1500 years ago.
Enjoy some free time wandering around the alleys and streets in the Old City of Le Panier while thinking about how it was created during the Roman occupation in 600 B.C.
Feel free to continue on your own for a bit, visiting the MUCEM, the Villa Méditerrannée and both the Saint-John Fort and La Major Cathedral, making sure to meet back with your Guide at the apppointed time and place for final departure.

Day 2 : Avignon and Luberon villages (everyday)
Check out after breakfast.
Pick up is at 09:45 AM at the Aix en Provence Tourist Office.
Avignon, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
You'll start this immersive Provençal day by visiting the historic city of Avignon with a nice guided walk through its medieval heart. Discover the mighty Popes’ Palace, the famous Saint-Bénezet bridge (Pont d’Avignon), Notre-Dame-des-Doms cathedral, Dom’s gardens, Saint-Pierre church and the charming Clock Square.
Your Guide will then drive you to the classic hilltop villages of Luberon, at a height of 1200 meters (4000 feet) where, among other things, you can look over two mountain ranges and the peaceful national park and forest. Simply elevating!
Lunch at your leisure in Avignon.
The village of Gordes.
After lunch its on to picture-perfect Gordes, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France! There will be free time here to stroll through its steep cobblestone streets, discover its secret squares and admire the fine Renaissance chateau with its commanding view of the valley.
The last (but not least) place on the tour is Roussillon, the famous perched village located on a rocky promontory, dominating the ochre quarries. Nicknamed the “Provencal Colorado”, there is a surprising amount of rich warm color in these unusual cliffs!
